late check-out hour: 3:00 pm
late check-out (subject to availability) for USD 50 from 11am - 3pm, additional USD 50 from 3pm - 6pm, and from 6pm - 11pm is 50% of the nightly rate.
Cancelation Policies:
pls note that as we are a small property, we cannot provide the same flexibility with booking terms as other larger properties, especially as we are often sold out. we do therefore require prepayments in order to confirm reservations with us. we hope you understand that this is important for us to be able to manage our small business effectively. 🙏🏾
Standard booking Policies:
- full payment required at least 14 days before check-in to confirm reservation
- 100% refund if bookings canceled 14 days before check in
- 50% of total amount refunded if canceled between 7 and 14 days before check in
- one night’s accommodation is pre-authorized during booking to create the reservation - your bank usually holds this amount for a few days
Non-refundable policies:
- full payment required to confirm reservation
- non-refundable - travelers bear all risks
- non-transferable, non-changeable
- 100% accommodation is charged immediately to create and confirm the reservation
